SEMINAR APPLICATIONS
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply for the
seminar of your choice, please complete this registration form. You may register
here on our secure line or send a printout of the registration form with your $79
tuition payment (per person) to:

Please make your check to: Gerlach Nature Photography. Your canceled check
is your receipt. Upon receiving your paid registration, we will send you a
confirmation letter that provides you with logistical details and a map to the
seminar location.
PHONE RESERVATIONS & CREDIT CARDS
You may use your Visa or MasterCard credit card to pay over the phone or we will
gladly hold your phone reservation for 10 days while awaiting arrival of your
personal check.
Please call our office manager, Michele Smith at (208) 652-4444 anytime. If she is not
in when you call, leave a message and she will call you back.
FEE
Admission to our seminar is $79 per person. This includes all instruction for the
day, detailed seminar notes, and coffee in the morning.
LUNCH
Lunch is not included in the seminar tuition. Participants can purchase their lunch
from the restaurant at the hotel or from another restaurant in the area. The lunch
break is 1 1/2 hours long so plenty of time is available to eat.
REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your reservation for any reason prior to 48 hours before the start
of your seminar and receive a $70 refund. Within 48 hours of the seminar 9:00
am starting time, no refunds can be made unless we are able to refill your spot.
No refunds for no-shows.
REGISTER EARLY
Register early to be sure of getting a seat in our seminar because
we deliberately restrict our group size to permit an intimate atmosphere so our ideas, tricks of the trade, enthusiasm, and humor flow freely
into the audience. Our seminar has proven to be exceedingly popular over the
years. We typically have to turn away some from each seminar so be
forewarned. Register for the seminar of your choice immediately! The fastest way to register is using this website. Do not wait too long! Maps and directions to each seminar site can be found on this website too.
